This blog is moving soon to its own domain, no more Google
Blogger. Ain't that a hoot?
I'm done with the utterly useless but annoying campaigns
waged by CFP to get Google to pull down the blog. That woman spends WAY too much
time on those fruitless vendettas when she should be tending to her serious
health issues and her family.
Google and EA don't give a hoot about CFP or and my blog. Google and Pogo have both ;looked at the blog and found nothing illegal in the context, nothing. Pogo does not want me to use their minis on the blog unless I pay an outrageous usage fee, so I took them off. The ss can stay. FFS, Google is too busy pursuing corporate copyright infringement to avoid lawsuits to bother with a nobody like CFP whining about an amateur blog.
Also, Google Blogger does not allow access to the truly
effective IP blocking server file, .htaccess, so I am forced to use simple
blocking scripts that a few people know how to bypass (it's easy), people who
are Hell-bent on stealing and distributing the blog's content. You reading this,
CORRY, PA and MAGGIE?
On my own domain, I can also use PHP to call the page content
from a protected folder on the blog server, which snafus downloading and viewing
the page content offline. Putting the blog on a domain gives me SO much more
flexibility...and Google can't take it down, which makes CFP's campaigns just so
much blowhard methane in the wind.
Aw, so sorry, CFP, you will have to pursue some other path to
sainthood
